In this role, you will develop your expertise, work aside an experienced team by carrying out large-scale projects involving the deployment of the UKG Pro applications for our clients. You will also contribute to develop the skills of the team through coaching. Responsibilities:

• Assist clients with user acceptance testing along with roll out and go-live activities such as conversion loads and system initialization;
• As a consultant, you will also collaborate in preparing offers of services to potential clients and participate in mentoring and developing team members when necessary.
• Participate in workshops to gather requirements from functional business owners;
• Configure HRIS (UKG Pro);
• Conduct customer training workshops or software support;
• Educate clients on the best practices in deployment and implementation of the software
• Be the point of contact throughout the project cycle and lead client meetings to determine deadlines, resolve concerns and provide updates;

What you will need to succeed:

• Be customer centric;
• Strong ability for understanding and analyzing HR management processes;
• Ability to work on simultaneous assignments;
• 2 or more years of experience implementing UKG Pro (certified or accredited UKG Pro Consultant is a plus);
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in IT related field.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and French (your clients are everywhere in Canada!);
