We’re going to ask you to take ownership of carefully onboarding new clients and setting them up for success. We will provide on-the-job training, materials, coaching and mentorship.

What you bring to the team

This is an exciting opportunity at a pivotal moment in Eproval’s history, and we are searching for an exceptional individual to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a unique combination of skills, blending the attributes of a consultant and an implementation specialist. While prior experience as a consultant is not mandatory, you should possess the ability to think swiftly on your feet and provide clients with invaluable insights. Furthermore, you should excel at assisting clients with setup and configuration, ensuring they derive maximum value from the Eproval platform.

To be successful in this role, you should have a strong track record of working with diverse software packages. You should possess expertise in system setup, configuration, and understanding system requirements. Your expertise should encompass system setup, configuration, and a comprehensive understanding of system requirements. Rest assured, we will provide the necessary training to support your success. Additionally, you will be expected to acquire a foundational understanding of JSON coding to confidently configure Eproval’s array of product tiers and application types.

Furthermore, the ideal candidate should possess hands-on experience in reviewing and issuing permits, licenses, and grants for public agencies, such as cities or counties. Your drive to streamline workflows and processes by harnessing our tools to bring our clients’ visions to fruition will be instrumental in your role.You will be tasked with managing projects to onboard clients, track project milestones, execute tasks, set expectations and provide go-live customer support.

Here is a glimpse of what is needed for this position:

• Conduct quality assurance on client implementation and configuration projects.
• Evaluate client logic for use with the Eproval platform.
• Other related duties and projects as required.
• Manage client helpdesk support tickets
• Oversee client implementation and configuration projects including managing projects and code reviews.
• Participate in cost estimating, proposals, and the sales process with potential clients.
• Working knowledge of JSON coding

This important role will be of Interest to candidates with an aptitude for product integration and customization and someone who can hold their own in a technical setting. Other important attributes will be a curiosity for self-improvement, a “quick-study” who can learn on the job with an eye to continuous improvement and optimization. Adaptability, a knack for learning new concepts and retaining information will serve you well.
