The Opportunity


The role of Implementation Specialist is to implement the new business of our mid case clients into our GRS and to project manage any complex amendments or plan changes for our mid case clients as well as simple amendments and fund rationalizations for the large case as required.


The role involves relationship management, consulting, and project management. Utilizing a project management approach, the Implementation Specialist is involved during the implementation and warranty process to see the Customer through all aspects of the Implementation. Through a partnering relationship with the Account Executive, Client Relationship Manager and internal teams, the Implementation Specialist will ensure that Manulife is responding to the needs of the Customer as well as Manulife.


The Implementation Specialist will have primary responsibility for project managing to ensure a successful implementation with tracking and reporting on the progress of the various implementation stages.


How will you create impact?


  • Coordinate and/or handle defining plan design requirements, facilitating member data transfer, moving of plan assets
  • Managing across wide spectrum – The client, the external consultant, GFO, various internal GRS departments via face-to-face meetings and conference calls
  • Overall Accountability for new business of our mid case clients into GRS and to project manage any complex amendments or plan changes for our mid case clients as well as simple amendments and fund rationalizations for the large case as required
  • Implementation Specialists are expected to handle between 15 to 20 implementations at any one time: depending on size and complexity and the success of our sales organization


Responsibilities


  • Project manages the implementation schedule, provides status updates to Client and/or Plan Advisor and Account Executive and/or Client Relationship Manager
  • Coordinates, delegates, negotiates, and follows up on all implementation tasks with each internal area involved throughout the process areas to ensure all areas have required information for plan set up and works as liaison with client to resolve issues, missing information
  • Tracks and reports the status of each project and proactively escalates any significant barriers or issues to Sr. management as necessary
  • Creation of implementation schedules
  • Coordinates and leads/facilitates the Client meeting
  • Works with the client and implementation team to obtain plan details, clarify requirements, and establish delivery dates for tasks in the project
  • Communicates with internal teams to resolve exceptional situations and problems that arise during the issue process
  • Primary contact for the Client and/or Advisor during the implementation phase
  • Coordinates the initial enrolment period (paper enrolment forms, or electronic data) and contacts plan sponsor for missing employee information

L’occasion


Le rôle du spécialiste, Mise en place consiste à mettre en place les nouveaux régimes de taille moyenne souscrits par les clients des Solutions Retraite collectives (SRC), et à gérer les modifications complexes à l’égard de ces régimes ainsi que les modifications et les rationalisations de fonds à l’égard des contrats de taille importante, au besoin.


Ce poste comprend trois grandes attributions : gestion des relations, services-conseils et gestion de projets. En utilisant une méthode axée sur la gestion de projets, le spécialiste, Mise en place participe au processus de mise en place et de période d’aide aux clients afin de s’assurer du bon déroulement de la mise en place sous tous ses aspects. En collaboration avec le chargé de portefeuille, le directeur, Relations avec la clientèle et les équipes internes, le spécialiste, Mise en place s’assure que les besoins du client et de Manuvie sont satisfaits.


Le spécialiste, Mise en place a comme principale responsabilité la gestion des projets afin de veiller à la réussite de la mise en place des régimes. Pour ce faire, il suit les progrès réalisés aux diverses étapes de mise en place et présente des comptes rendus de ces progrès.


Comment vos actions auront-elles une incidence?


  • Coordonner ou gérer la définition des exigences en matière de conception de régimes, faciliter le transfert des données sur les participants, virer des actifs de régime.
  • Veiller à la mise en place globale des contrats de moyenne taille des clients des SRC et gérer les modifications de régime complexes à l’égard de ces régimes ainsi que les modifications simples et les rationalisations de fonds à l’égard des contrats de taille importante, au besoin.
  • Gérer un large éventail d’intervenants (client, consultant externe, le Bureau des régimes collectifs [BRC], divers services internes des SRC), au moyen de rencontres en personne et de conférences téléphoniques.
  • On s’attend à ce que le spécialiste, Mise en place gère de 15 à 20 mises en place à la fois, en fonction de la taille, de la complexité et de la réussite de notre équipe des ventes.


Responsabilités


  • Coordonner et animer la rencontre avec le client.
  • Coordonner la période d’adhésion initiale (données figurant sur les formulaires d’adhésion papier ou présentées par voie électronique) et communiquer avec le promoteur de régime en cas de renseignements manquants sur des employés.
  • Faire le suivi de l’état de chacun des projets, communiquer l’information aux personnes concernées et signaler à la haute direction tout obstacle ou problème important s’il y a lieu.
  • Collaborer avec le client et l’équipe de mise en place afin d’établir les caractéristiques du régime, de préciser les exigences et de dresser l’échéancier des tâches relatives au projet.
  • Gérer les calendriers de mise en place et fournir des comptes rendus au client, au conseiller du régime, au chargé de portefeuille ou au directeur, Relations avec la clientèle.
  • Créer des calendriers de mise en place.
  • Agir en tant que personne-ressource principale pour le client ou le conseiller pendant le processus de mise en place.
  • Coordonner les tâches liées à la mise en place, les déléguer, les négocier avec chaque service interne et en faire le suivi tout au long du processus pour s’assurer que tous les services disposent des renseignements nécessaires à l’établissement du régime, et travailler avec le client pour résoudre des problèmes et trouver les renseignements manquants.
  • Communiquer avec les équipes internes afin de résoudre les situations inhabituelles et les problèmes qui surgissent au cours de la mise en place.

Salary range is expected to be between


$55,725.00 CAD - $92,875.00 CAD
