Job Description

We are looking for someone with the skills to help customers get up and running in our platform, advise them on their manufacturing and production questions, provide some training in how to use the software and generally ensure customer success.


You will work with a wide variety of companies from around the world. This role will require some technical chops, some business skills and constant communication with customers, proactively offering them onboarding support and assistance.


We’re looking for a talented and creative person who loves supporting customers throughout their journey and is excited about our mission helping our customers’ companies grow into "giants".


Manufacturing experience is required for this role. Open to applicants in the US/Canada.


Comprehensive training on our system will be provided, though be prepared for a steep and demanding learning curve.


Qualifications & Experience:

  • Openness to change and quick to adapt to new systems.
  • Strong systems thinker who is able to find multiple solutions for unique customer situations.
  • Self-driven to manage your own work and results with high standards.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • 2+ years in a client services or success role working for a business-focused SaaS product.
  • Strong ethics and integrity.
  • Excellent time management skills, e.g. you appreciate spreadsheets and the value of checking off items on a "to do" list.
  • Bias towards action and urgency.
  • Collaborative team member who works well in an organization with teammates.
  • Strong data organization skills and understanding. We work with large data sets which require an eye for detail and the capacity to diagnose how numbers are calculated and from where they originate.
  • Well of positivity who genuinely enjoys meeting and building relationships with people.
  • Sense of humor!
  • Familiarity with CRMs to help increase productivity.
  • Have access to a quiet location with a strong internet connection and a computer to work on.
  • Previous employment in a manufacturing operation with knowledge about inventory management and manufacturing concepts.
  • Ability to demonstrate software and relate it to a client’s needs and pain points.
  • Comfortable with problem solving and troubleshooting technical issues.
  • Undergraduate degree.
  • Ability to effectively teach and explain concepts to people.


Bonus points:

  • Familiarity with food safety, GMP, HACCP, SQF, ISO 9000 or similar global standards.
  • Familiarity with ERPs like SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics, or similarly complex business software systems.
  • Tendencies towards everything needing to be "just so"? You'll fit right in!
  • Previous remote work experience.
  • Experience with ZenDesk and HubSpot.
  • Familiarity with accounting software such as Quickbooks Online, Quickbooks Desktop, Sage Intacct or other similar accounting systems.
  • Interest in learning programming or previous programming experience.
