Overview A Customer Success Specialist is responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction and retention by providing exceptional customer service and support. They are the primary point of contact for customers and are responsible for understanding customer needs, resolving customer issues, and providing solutions to ensure customer satisfaction. Detailed Job Description A Customer Success Specialist is responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to customers. They are the primary point of contact for customers and are responsible for understanding customer needs, resolving customer issues, and providing solutions to ensure customer satisfaction. They must be able to effectively communicate with customers, both verbally and in writing, and must be able to build relationships with customers. They must also be able to identify customer needs and provide solutions to meet those needs. Job Skills Required• Excellent customer service and communication skills
