They must be able to identify customer needs and provide solutions that meet those needs. They must be able to troubleshoot customer issues and provide solutions in a timely manner. They must be able to analyze customer data and provide insights to the customer. Job Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field
