Payroll Specialist Jobs

It is with this view and vision that we are currently seeking aPayroll Specialistto join our Finance team!

RESPONSIBILITIES

· Processing of bi-weekly payroll (Nethris)

· Calculate and submit temporary worker hours

· Produce and submit RSVP payments

· Calculate and process payroll tax remittances

· Verify group insurance enrolment and payments

· Track vacation and leaves

· Modifications to employee profiles (creation of new employees, salary adjustments, addition/modification of taxable benefits and/or miscellaneous withholdings, change of address, etc.)

· Answer employees’ questions in regards to payroll and benefits

· Other related tasks required by Finance and Human Resources departments

SKILLS

· Demonstrate creativity and proactivity in problem solving

· Demonstrate flexibility

· Be structured, meticulous and autonomous

QUALIFICATIONS

· 3-5 years’ experience in a similar position

· Proficiency with Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, and Powerpoint)

· Experience with Nethris is an asset

· Bilingualism in French and English (spoken and written)
