You might be our next implementation specialist. Libro is looking to complete its customer onboarding team.


Who are we?

Libro is a cloud management system that empowers restaurants with the tools to manage online reservations. We are a fast-growing start-up company in Quebec and currently have more than 3,000 customers around the world.


Your role as an implementation specialist?

Reporting to the team lead, your mission will be to ensure the immediate success of clients by facilitating the onboarding process for new accounts. As an implementation specialist, you will train new customers on the product, help resolve technical issues and ensure smooth adoption of our products and services.


What you will need to do:

  • Work with Sales, Product, and Support to ensure that each element of the journey meets the client’s expectations.
  • Guide clients throughout the onboarding process and help them define their needs
  • Liaises with team leaders to best manage day-to-day situations to provide a better customer experience.
  • Assists sales team in improving productivity by responding to clients’ requests and coordinating meetings.
  • Perform account setup and implementation based on specific client needs.

What we’re looking for:

  • Working knowledge of Google applications (Gmail, Calendar, Drive, Spreadsheets, Docs, Analytics, etc.)
  • Ability to communicate clearly over the phone, with a customer-centric attitude.
  • Experience or interest in computer hardware and networks
  • Experience in the food service industry or industry knowledge
  • Excellent spoken and written communication skills in both English and French
  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
  • Working knowledge of Windows, MacOS, iOS and Android
  • Technology sales or customer service experience
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks: incoming phone calls, emails, and chats.
