Job Description

Are you a seasoned digital marketer with a passion for creating impactful campaigns that drive

results? We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Digital Campaign Specialist to join our

dynamic marketing team. As a Digital Campaign Specialist, you will be responsible for planning,

executing, and optimizing digital advertising campaigns across various platforms. Your expertise in

managing campaigns, media buying, and strategy implementation will play a crucial role in driving

our online marketing efforts to achieve outstanding results for our clients.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop comprehensive digital marketing strategies that align with business goals. Drive the

implementation of these strategies, continually monitoring and adjusting campaigns for

optimal performance.

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create comprehensive campaign strategies aligned

with business objectives, ensuring effective budget allocation and maximum return on

investment (ROI).

  • Plan, create, and execute digital advertising campaigns across multiple platforms, including

Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, Pinterest Ads, TikTok Ads, and Bing Ads. Utilize

your expertise in media buying to optimize ad placements and budget allocation for

maximum ROI.

  • Manage the end-to-end campaign process, from planning to execution, monitoring, and

optimization to ensure campaigns deliver the desired outcomes.

  • Develop compelling ad copy and messaging that aligns with the brand voice, captures

attention, and drives desired actions from the audience.

  • Collaborate with the design team to develop engaging and impactful ad creatives that

resonate with the target audience. Collaborate with the creative team to provide

recommendations for ad creatives, landing pages, and messaging that resonate with the

target audience and drive engagement.

  • Employ A/B testing methodologies to optimize ad creatives, messaging, and landing pages,

continuously improving campaign performance.

  • Possess a solid understanding of SEO principles and best practices to ensure that

campaigns are optimized for search engines and maximize organic visibility.

  • Implement tracking mechanisms, tags, and conversion goals across various platforms to

measure the success of campaigns accurately.

  • Regularly analyze campaign performance data using tools like Google Analytics, providing

actionable insights and performance reports to relevant stakeholders.

  • Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify target audiences, key

performance indicators (KPIs), and optimal campaign strategies.

  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and best practices for digital advertising and

data privacy. Keep abreast of the latest digital marketing trends, technologies, and industry

advancements. Apply this knowledge to enhance campaign strategies and stay ahead of the

competition.


Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in managing successful digital advertising campaigns across platforms

like Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, Pinterest Ads, TikTok Ads, and Bing Ads.

  • Strong understanding of media buying practices and negotiation skills to optimize ad

placements and budget utilization.

  • Proficiency in strategizing and implementing digital marketing campaigns to achieve

business objectives effectively.

  • Experience in recommending creative concepts and landing page optimizations.
  • In-depth knowledge of Google Analytics and other relevant analytics tools to track and

measure campaign performance.

  • Familiarity with tracking mechanisms, tags, and conversion goals to ensure accurate

campaign measurement.

  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, draw insights, and make data-

driven decisions.

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
