YOUR ROLE
Aldo Product Services (APS) is the wholesale division of the Aldo Group and is responsible for all Sales of Aldo brand outside of our owned & operated channels in North America, as well as our growing portfolio of License Brands Globally. By playing a cross-functional role, and acting as a key link between internal teams, the Digital Operations Coordinator will support the dropship operation and digital assets management with the focus on Call It Spring Brand. To achieve this, we are looking for someone who is detailed-oriented and have the desire to constantly improve, learn and influence a fun and fast-growing division
Responsibilities:

• Creates and maintains supply purchase orders to factories according to key deadlines
• Assists the Digital team with projects, as assigned.
• Stays up to date on the industry best practices and collaborate with the digital team to implement them
• Troubleshoots ad hoc issues that may impact timely and accurate product delivery. (Quality Control, Inspection, compliance, etc).
• Supports the creation of seasonal tools such as listing creation and executes the Product Information Management Tool.
• Collaborates and Coordinates with the Sales team and the Operations team to ensure timely and proper deliverables
• Centralizes, publishes and maintains product information & digital assets across strategic accounts
• Coordinates and processes rejected customer orders and ensures on time shipping by liaising with the DC and Operations teams
• Investigates root cause behind customer requests where applicable and help implement corrective action with support of team manager
• Analyzes the root causes of on-time delivery issues

DO YOU HAVE THE PROFILE WE'RE LOOKING FOR?

• High attention to detail and ability to see projects through from A to Z.
• Great with numbers and spreadsheet management and good working knowledge of Excel
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in French and English, given the constant communication with international partners
• Excellent time management, project management, and overall organizational skills
• Vendor Central or Seller Central knowledge is considered an asset
• Eagerness to learn and an inquisitive and investigative attitude
• Positive and adaptable approach to problem solving while not being afraid to challenge status quo
• Entrepreneurial attitude with a drive to improve processes and establish best practices
• SAP knowledge is considered an asset
• 1-2 years of experience in the digital field
