Responsibilities: As a Campaign Coordinator for SEO Campaigns, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth and timely execution of our clients' projects.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Providing regular project updates to clients, partners, and internal stakeholders.
• Collaborating with clients and internal teams to gather necessary information and prioritise tasks.
• Becoming proficient in our project management tool (ClickUp) and driving its successful implementation.
• Engaging in continuous learning to stay updated with SEO industry trends.
• Setting up document and reporting structures for new campaigns to enhance efficiency.
• Reviewing campaign-specific communication channels (email, Slack) for important information or feedback.
• Reviewing SEO reporting data for accuracy and anomalies.
• Monitoring project progress, identifying potential issues, and implementing necessary changes.
• Assisting with employee resourcing and coordinating project schedules using our project management tool.
• Providing sales and proposal support for projects as needed.
• Organising cross-functional meetings and facilitating effective communication and collaboration.
• Managing client ClickUp projects, assigning tasks with due dates, and ensuring project relaunches after renewal.
• Ensuring projects adhere to scope, schedule, and budget.
• Assisting with the setup of Google My Business, Google Analytics, Tag Manager, or Search Console for campaigns.
• Overseeing the delivery of documents for SEO campaigns, including proofreading and quality assurance.
• Contributing to process improvement initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Proficiency in email etiquette and adaptability in tailoring communication to different audiences.
• Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritise effectively.
• Bonus points for proofreading or editing experience.
• Previous experience as a project coordinator, preferably within a company or agency setting, with a strong focus on meeting deadlines and deliverables.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to work with templates.
• Familiarity with Google Analytics, Google My Business, Google Data Studio, Agency Analytics, or similar tools is a plus.
• Experience with project management tools, such as ClickUp, is highly desirable.
• Exceptional writing and communication skills.
• Tertiary qualification in Project management or relevant qualification

• Must have your own laptop with the necessary software and tools to perform the job tasks effectively.
