You will be part of a growing global marketing team to support our accelerated growth plans over the next five years. This is not a supervisory role; you get to be hands-on with developing, testing and implementing new digital marketing campaign approaches to retain and grow our share of spend with our existing customers.

What You Will Be Doing


  • Collaborate with agency partners to maintain content and editorial calendars, delegate tasks, and ensure deadlines are met using our project management systems.
  • Report on cross-platform analytics to understand how people are engaging with our social, email, and web content. Optimize content considering SEO and insights from Google Analytics.
  • Collaborate with key content contributors and SME creators to help define content goals and to produce high-quality content that engages our customer base to demonstrate meaningful value.
  • Edit, proofread, and improve content for others, responding to feedback and analytics to refine your work and others.
  • Undertake other duties, special projects, and other tasks to support the IgniteTech marketing team and as may be assigned by the Chief Marketing Officer and other Executive team members.
  • Plan, write, and edit blog articles, social media and website copy, digital ad copy, lead magnets, emails, brochures, and other content to support the IgniteTech brand and our products.
  • Align content to brand guidelines, write to brand voice, and write to different audiences and personas.
  • Research and define target audiences and monitor content performance metrics by demographics and other audience data markers.


What You Won’t Be Doing


  • Having others implement your strategies and programs.
  • New customer lead generation.
  • Managing technical marketing stack components such as the website.


Marketing Campaign Manager Key Responsibilities


  • Partner across the team to build “buyer journey” campaign strategies.
  • Help to define cross-brand strategy and drive implementation.
  • Provide highly disciplined and organized project management and excellent communication across functional teams.
  • Review results of marketing programs and identify ways to improve effectiveness.
  • Steer team members to execute on quarterly plans and events that drive MQLs.
  • Work in a collaborative team environment to exceed expectations and build solid partnering relationships.
  • Create and test campaigns to maximize conversion.
  • Drive lead management and nurturing projects to increase funnel velocity and opportunity conversion.
  • Provide reporting and closely monitor and analyze the health of marketing contribution to the sales pipeline, program ROI, customer growth and penetration, contact acquisition, and activity.
  • Partner with product marketing, sales, and external resources to create targeted messaging and content to support brand awareness and demand generation, i.e., content for our website, digital ads, landing pages, emails, video, interactive, etc.
  • Plan and execute multi-tactic marketing programs for demand generation and lead nurturing programs, including email marketing, events, webinars, direct mail, print advertising, etc.
  • Develop comprehensive marketing campaigns and programs to drive demand, resulting in high-quality leads that convert to sales opportunities.


Basic Requirements


  • 3+ years of direct, hands-on experience in developing and delivering integrated B2B marketing campaigns, including content, with email as the core component
  • At least 3 years of Hubspot campaign management experience
  • Previous experience updating an employer's English-language website for marketing campaigns
  • University degree (Bachelor's or Master's) in business, marketing, English, communications, journalism, or similar

Working with Crossover


This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover. The compensation level for this role is $50 USD/hour, which equates to $100,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
