Responsibilities:

• Proficiently use mainstream e-commerce platforms such as Shopify, WooCommerce, assisting clients in building and optimizing online stores.
• Collect and analyze data, provide business insights and recommendations to optimize sales and customer experience.
• Work closely with the development team to ensure the smooth implementation and delivery of solutions.
• Analyze client's business requirements, communicate with clients, and understand their e-commerce objectives.
• Design and formulate e-commerce solutions, provide effective business process recommendations.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Proficient in English, better to have Mandarin speaking
• A university degree in Computer Systems or a related field.
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a business acumen.
• Work experience in the e-commerce field, familiarity with mainstream e-commerce platforms such as Shopify, WooCommerce, etc.
• Excellent communication skills, able to collaborate effectively with clients and teams.
• A minimum of 3 years of Business Analysis related experience.
• Strong teamwork and self-motivation.
