Assist in the management of the development process for multi-residential developments within Graywood’s portfolio;

Assist in the management of projects, including project budget, schedule and proforma;

Ensure the financial success of the projects in terms of development, project management, marketing and sales, construction management, and customer service;

Working with the finance and accounting team, to ensure accuracy of proforma figures being reported to investors;

Experience in development of retail and other real estate asset classes is also beneficial

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Analyze client's business requirements, communicate with clients, and understand their e-commerce objectives.

A minimum of 3 years of Business Analysis related experience.

3+ years of work experience in Project Management in the development or residential construction industry

Risk management such as responses to legal claims, insurance support

Participate and hold seat on neighborhood associations as required and requested by senior management

Familiarity with Construction Management Software

Direct and manage consultants and subcontractors on negotiation of construction contracts, scope, schedule, budgets, onsite work, completions, etc.

Manage internal reporting for development specific project scheduling, budgeting, approval and processing of invoices, tracking of budgets, etc.

In-depth knowledge of marketing and category management principles, practices, tactics, and tools

3+ years in product management and/or marketing

Strong MS Excel skills and demonstrated experience leveraging Google Analytics and PowerBI OR Tableau to drive business insights

Experience with sales forecasting, inventory planning, and e-Commerce operations

Excellent analytical and communication skills (both written and verbal)

Experience working in an e-Commerce and/or consumer peripherals business is preferred

Play a key role in overseeing operations projects & management of user experience testing

Manage relationship with logistic partners, monitoring performance on a weekly and monthly basis, ensuring high level of client experience

Manage order fulfilment delays and tracking, liaising directly with warehouse and our Client Services teams to ensure correct communications to clients

Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to establish professional working relationships with both internal & external contacts

Experience of people management, capable of coaching and developing a fast-paced high performing team.

4+ years of eCommerce experience with a major, transactional eCommerce Web site

Experience working with eCommerce / digital platforms, with a data-driven mentality.

Experience working with a major Web analytics and reporting tool such as Adobe Analytics, Test&Target, and Google Analytics 360 is desired

Strong communication, presentation, and influencing skills

Main Accountabilities And Supporting Activities

5+ years of Ecommerce Project Management experience

Build out an omnichannel retail experience

Familiarity and understanding of Omnichannel retail experience

Managed projects from concept to go-live

Work across all levels of the organization and liaise with business and technical teams

3 - 5 years of land development-related experience.

Your Day-to-day Responsibilities Will Include

Managing regulatory approvals and relevant permits or applications

Developing and fostering positive relationships with various stakeholders (i.e., city administrators, municipalities, suppliers, etc.).

Working with related parties, including the accounting team and consultants, to review quarterly budget reviews and prepare annual budgets.

Excellent stakeholder management skills and experience working with cross-border teams.

Proven experience in project management, ideally in the development of ecommerce platforms.

PMP or other project management certification is strongly preferred.

Lead the end-to-end management of the ecommerce platform rebuild project, from planning and design to development and launch.

Familiarity with project management software, such as Asana, Jira, or Trello.

Manage project risks and issues, proposing and implementing solutions as necessary.

Strong customer service, management, and communication skills.

Manage daily operations of business and ensure sales goals are met.

3-5 years of ecommerce experience with entrepreneur mentality. Startup experience is highly regarded.

Experience with Shopify, Magento, Amazon, and other 3rd party marketplaces preferred.

Not afraid of getting your hands dirty. Experience in building process and operations from scratch.

You can prior experience in a similar role. Experience with digital marketing is a plus.

Experience working with content management systems and eCommerce backend systems

Digital Product Tools; focus on improving tool capabilities, reporting on performance and tracking ROI.

Conversion rate optimization & A/B testing experience

Experience with analytic platforms. Able to analyze large amounts of data and create insights that improve the business.

Work collaboratively with key stakeholders to build targets to drive eCom category KPIs and prioritization

Collaborate with Digital Centre of Excellence to align eCom objectives to drive media spending effectives to maximize ROI

Bachelor's degree; Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering or related discipline,

Proficient with project management software (e.g. Microsoft Project, NIKU)

Manage the launch and receipt of all given surveys to qualify a land site ranging from Title

Manage program and project efforts for new store developments, store relocation, and multi- state program roll-outs

Experience in pre-construction and land development efforts ranging from site planning, grading plan reviews and utility design and review

Proven experience in working with local municipalities and organizations to pursue site plan / zoning approvals for a given concept

Minimum 2 – 3 years of management experience

Effective organizational and time management skills; ability to adapt to change, prioritize competing deadlines, and multi-task with strong attention to detail

Knowledge of fundraising concepts, methodologies, and tools; experience with donor databases, Raiser’s Edge preferred

Post Graduate Certificate in Fundraising, Non-profit Management or a related field

Manage grant writing process and calendar, including prospect research, proposal writing and reports

5+ years of related experience; a proven track record in fundraising is required

Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.

You'll help manage supply chain operations throughout all channels while also overseeing inventory management systems such as Shopify/Amazon Seller Central/Walmart.com, etc..

You'll also be responsible for user experience and sales targets for all channels.

Experience in conducting keyword research, creating product listings, managing ad campaigns, and other initiatives.
