Duties:
Immediately:
- Assist customer service team with email and phone inquiries - this is extremely important in learning about our products and how to make our customers happy
- Supporting the Business Development Team with product and information assistance for ecommerce and retail partners.
In Time:
- Scheduling and implementing the addition and updates of product information across 3 rd party retail platforms
- Analyzing sales related data to predict future sales and determine trends
- Increasing visibility of our products and brand through these retailers
- Competitor research and identifying potential customers/markets
- Competitor research and identifying potential customers/markets
- Negotiate with external vendors to secure advantageous terms, maintain proper product information, and find ways to continue to Vita’s growth
- Implementing promotional activities
- Assist in the development and merchandise strategy of our products
- Ensure Vita’s Marketing exceeds our retail partners requirements and each retail partner receives all the information needed for the consumers
- Identify new product opportunities (brands, categories, items, etc.) that meet the company’s goals
- Provide support to our retail partners
- Interaction and partnering with external teams to ensure up to date and accurate information is communicated to vendor partners
- Optimizing Vita’s presence on retail partner sites by ensuring implementation of all available features and programs
Qualifications:
·Minimum 4-year experience working in a similar eCommerce environment
·Customer Service background is an asset
- Phenomenal market research skills
- Strong teamwork skills. Nothing big can be accomplished standing-alone in front of a computer. We are a TEAM above all else.
- Ability to learn quickly; absorbing information and experiences and applying them
- Clear and concise communication skills with proactive follow-up both internally and externally
- Complete knowledge of MS Office with a strong emphasis on Excel, and strong computer program skills to be able to learn internal computer programs
- A self starter and bias to action. Whatever challenge you face, you find a way to solve it
- Ability to work in an ever changing work environment where the daily tasks can change frequently. You are a fundamental building block to a growing team.
- A stickler for precision, creativity, and excellence
- Strong attention to detail; scrutinize your business and polish the customer experience
- Must be able to work on multiple projects with competing priorities
Job Specs:
- Successful applicants will start off training at Vita in a Customer Service role. This training will provide a vast amount of knowledge to be able to ensure the candidate can successfully perform their duties in their Sales role.
- The position starts with a 6-month probationary period, with the offer of a full-time position if expectations are met.
- Hours are 8AM-5PM EST
- Vita offers competitive wages, benefits package options and qualification for profit sharing (after one year of full-time employment)
