(Can) Associate Business Manager, Ecommerce

Position Summary...Reporting to the Director/Sr. Director, Merchandising, the Associate Business Manager, eCommerce is responsible to support the achievement of digital sales and profit objectives for multiple merchandise categories, by enabling merchants and the director. This responsibility includes analyzing market and performance, making recommendations to merchants and driving action through cross-functional coordination with replenishment, site experience, digital marketing, pricing and operations teams.
What You'll Do...

• Planning and Forecasting: Manage weekly review of Digital GMV, analyze for drivers and opportunities and provide input into monthly forecast and weekly commit review based. This includes conducting financial analysis to look at historical sales trends, seasonality, understand and explain business trends and forecasting across core customer channels: 1P (Owned/DSV), Online Grocery, Marketplace.
• Availability: Review weekly ecommerce in stocks and days of supply (1P, 2P & Pre Sub %) and provide action plans for replenishment (forecast, flow, etc) with hyper focus on digests, rollbacks, events. Manage the ecomm modulars and coordinate with CTAs for adds/deletes. Identify root cause and action all items with transactability issues and work with cross functional teams to execute.
• Other: Manage the ecommerce commercial calendar and liaison with site experience, commercial event leads and marketing to execute (including Black Friday, Holiday).
• Site Experience: Influence merchants and site team to create and manage strong collections and events. Monitor content scorecard and flag opportunities to merchants. Identify drives (content/tech) to poor search performance and provide recommendation to address. Troubleshoot for browse page assortment rankings and provide feedback to Cx to resolve. Support with content guidelines for key commodities and partner with site experience to develop.
• Data Management: Manage centralized process to validate eCommerce item set up accuracy (OG, subscription, STEP flags, content, modulars) and influence merchants / CTAs / Vendor programs to drive improvements.
• Assortment Expansion: Identify key gaps in online assortment based on review of US assortment, top search terms and market/vendor intelligence and support merchants with assortment sprints to onboard new items (initiate vendor discussions and agreement, review).

• 1 to 3 years of experience
