SP Nutra is harnessing the power of plants to improve metabolic health and make it available to the masses. 88% of North Americans have poor metabolic health, but we're tackling this challenging issue head-on with our first consumer-facing brand: Metavo (www.metavo.com). Found in retailers across North America, SP Nutra is a small but mighty company that is looking for an experienced Ecommerce Manager to grow its online presence.

As an Ecommerce Manager at SP Nutraceuticals, you'll be responsible for:

• Global e-commerce business for SP Nutraceuticals including Shopify DTC in multiple markets, Amazon, and other e-commerce marketplaces (e.g. Walmart).
• You will own the digital shelf and consistency across the globe
• You'll help manage supply chain operations throughout all channels while also overseeing inventory management systems such as Shopify/Amazon Seller Central/Walmart.com, etc..
• You'll also be responsible for user experience and sales targets for all channels.
• You'll help optimize online media performance and work grow ROAS, AOV, CVR, and LTV to and past industry benchmarks.
• You will own the user experience and sales targets for the e-commerce channels as well as work with internal and external partners for creative, media, and other marketing collateral.
• You'll work closely with internal and external partners to create creative, media, and other marketing collateral.

Experience, Education and Qualifications

• Experience managing web design, development, and e-commerce system implementations.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. A strong bias for action is required.
• An entrepreneurial mindset with a proven ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Experience in conducting keyword research, creating product listings, managing ad campaigns, and other initiatives.
• 5-7 years of experience in e-commerce management managing multiple brand stores, preferably with successful track record growing brands in the health and wellness space
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT or a related field.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
• Proven history of achieving sales targets.
• Strong knowledge of Google Analytics and e-commerce best practices.

About the Role:

• Hybrid/Remote working environment. Currently, remote with occasional meetings in person at Burlington, ON office.
