We’re seeking someone who loves supporting brands, delivering measurable results, and crunching numbers. An expert in their field, but with a gift for making even the most complex digital marketing notions clear to customers. Our perfect digital campaign manager organizes and files everything and takes notes on everything, cries of joy in front of a well-designed Looker dashboard, is interested in technology and its idiosyncrasies, spends more time learning than showing off their knowledge, and is willing to work 2 days a week (the rest at home) in an office in Montreal with other fellow human being, a plant, and sometimes a dog or two.

WHAT WE ARE AND WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR


We are a growing web and e-commerce consultancy with large brands and enterprise clients seeking an experienced Digital Campaign Manager to join our team. À ce titre, vous travaillerez en étroite collaboration avec nos responsables de comptes pour définir des stratégies de campagne numérique, les exécuter et assurer la gestion quotidienne des campagnes en cours.


Key Responsibilities


Campaign Strategy and Planning:

  • Collaborate with clients and our team to understand their goals, target audience, and marketing objectives.
  • Develop comprehensive PPC strategies tailored to each brand's unique requirements, ensuring alignment with objectives and budgets.

Campaign Execution and Optimization:

  • Implement A/B testing and other conversion rate optimization (CRO) techniques to enhance campaign performance.
  • Set up and launch PPC campaigns across various platforms, including Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, social media, and other relevant advertising networks.
  • Monitor campaign performance, analyzing data and key metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimization.

  • You have a bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience and good business sense.
  • YOU ARE BILINGUAL - FRENCH AND ENGLISH. We are in Quebec. Nous avons des clients et clientes qui ne parlent que français. And others who speak only English. If you are currently in the process of learning either of these languages, let us know.
