Job Description

Overview:

We are currently seeking a talented and driven Casino CRM Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer relationship management, a deep understanding of the US online casino market, and a passion for delivering a top-notch user experience.


Responsibilities:

  • Stay informed of industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements, ensuring compliance with all relevant rules and guidelines
  • Continuously monitor and evaluate competitor CRM strategies, identifying opportunities to differentiate and enhance our own player experience
  • Collaborate with the marketing, product, and analytics teams to create and optimize personalized promotions, campaigns, and communications for targeted player segments
  • Work closely with the customer support team to ensure a consistent and exceptional level of service is provided to all players
  • Develop and execute data-driven CRM strategies to maximize player engagement, retention, and lifetime value, with a focus on the US market
  • Manage and optimize the customer journey, including onboarding, retention, and reactivation initiatives, ensuring a seamless and engaging experience for players
  • Contribute to the development and refinement of CRM tools, platforms, and processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness
  • Regularly analyze and report on CRM campaign performance, identifying areas of improvement and implementing data-driven optimizations to drive results


Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer relationship management, preferably within the online casino or gaming industry
  • Excellent analytical and data-driven decision-making skills, with experience in performance reporting and analysis
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Detail-oriented mindset and a strong focus on delivering an exceptional customer experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Strong understanding of the US online casino market, including regulations and industry trends
  • Proficiency in CRM tools, platforms, and technologies, including marketing automation and customer segmentation
