Job Description

Overview:

We are seeking an experienced CRM Manager to join a dynamic team at an online sports betting company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the sports customer relationship management (CRM) program and developing and executing campaigns to increase customer engagement and retention.



Responsibilities:

  • Create and implement segmented and personalized CRM campaigns across multiple channels (email, SMS, push notifications, in-app messaging, etc.).
  • Develop and execute the sports CRM strategy and roadmap to drive customer engagement, retention and loyalty.
  • Ensure that all campaigns are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Manage the execution of end-to-end campaigns, including briefing designers, copywriters, and developers.
  • Stay up to date with the latest trends and best practices in sports CRM.
  • Monitor and report on the performance of the CRM program, identifying areas for improvement and making recommendations to senior management.
  • Collaborate with the Sports Marketing team to align CRM campaigns with overall marketing strategy and promotional activities.
  • Monitor and analyze customer behavior, including betting activity, preferences and feedback, to continuously optimize the CRM program.



Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of CRM platforms and tools.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to monitor and report on campaign performance.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in CRM marketing, preferably in the online sports betting industry.
