Social Media Manager Jobs

We’re seeking a Social Media Marketing Manager to join our APEX family for work mainly on our Caribbean destinations as well as our international projects. This position requires execution of our social strategy and managing community engagement across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, Twitter, and will report directly to the company’s president.

We are looking for someone who will:

• Develop a deep understanding of our target audience and key markets and use this knowledge to inform the development of a social strategy that resonates with our customers and differentiates us from competitors.
• Conceptualize, copywrite, design, execute, and schedule content for organic social media channels that builds meaningful connections, grows organic audiences, and encourages sales.

Our ideal candidate must have:

• At least 2 years of experience using social media for a business
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Proven ability to produce social content that scales
• Self-driven
• Experience in the fields of investment, and/or luxury real estate development industries, as well as alternative citizenships (a big plus)
• Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, and social media advertising campaigns
• Highly creative
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Analytical and multitasking skills
• Excellent time-management skills
• Excellent English writing/grammar
• Exceptional attention to detail and quality control
• Adobe Photoshop, video editing software
• BS degree in Marketing or relevant field preferred
• Critical thinker and problem-solving skills

Our conditions:

-USD 50,000 – USD 80,000 per year depending on experience

-Availability for business travel to the Caribbean
