TL/DR:


We are looking to hire an experienced, passionate, and execution-focused CRM professional for Canada/ON to join our CRM Team.


The nitty-gritty:


  • Crafting and deploying customized, targeted campaigns via multiple channels such as SMS, website bots, emails, in-app messages, push notifications, etc.
  • Strategizing and designing user flows for various player lifecycle stages, segmenting the customer base to uncover insights, and targeting specific customer segments with dedicated campaigns and promotions.
  • Tracking, analyzing, and reporting on campaign performance and revising conversion, retention, and reactivation strategies accordingly.
  • Ability to work on multiple projects at a time in a very fast-paced, results-oriented environment
  • Develop and execute multi-channel ad-hoc & triggered campaigns
  • Ensuring timely and accurate campaign execution and delivery, keeping all relevant stakeholders informed about performance and results.
  • Proposing A/B tests to validate campaign ideas, monitoring their performance, deriving insights, and recommending optimizations.
  • Defining and creating target groups for CRM initiatives, planning campaigns and promotions.


Your stats:


  • Strong reporting and analytical skills.
  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in a retention role within the gambling industry or a related field, with a focus on the Canadian market.
  • Proven track record of being able to develop and execute a campaign strategy
  • Working knowledge of databases and email (Jira/Confluence/Power BI/Smartico)
  • Team player, sociable, and can quickly adapt to change
  • Strong team ethic, working effectively as part of a team
  • A hands-on individual; not afraid to roll their sleeves up!
  • A self-starter with initiative and drive.
  • Creative flair and capability to write copies when required
  • Great organization, planning and prioritization skills, with strong attention to detail
  • Experience of implementing, driving and managing multi-channel campaigns.
