Responsibilities

• Stay up-to-date with industry insights and incorporate them into training methods
• Craft highly impactful engaging training programs for sales, support, and onboarding employees
• Maintain an up-to-date understanding of all products and services offered by the employer
• Drive continuous improvement by implementing assessments and gathering feedback
• Contribute thought-leadership to modernize and up-level training approach
• Adapt training techniques to accommodate diverse learning styles, skill levels, and cultural backgrounds
• Develop detailed learning outcomes in collaboration with key partners
• Monitor post-training performance to measure the impact of training programs
• Provide leadership to guide trainers on the team
• Apply innovative adult learning techniques to enhance knowledge and skill retention

Requirements

• Willingness and ability to travel up to 30% for global training initiatives
• Proficiency in analyzing data and communicating key business financial metrics
• Self-motivated, adaptable, and able to work independently and collaboratively
• 8+ years of relevant practical experience
• Time management and prioritization skills
• Experience using Salesforce and other sales enablement tools
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Track record of delivering outstanding training programs in sales, customer support, and onboarding fields
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills
• Familiarity with sophisticated sales techniques and customer support best practices
• Knowledge of modern learning and development platforms and tools
