Software Sales Specialist Key Responsibilities

Acting as strategic advisor through the renewals process to assist customers maximize the return on their investment in our software products

Manage Salesforce administration, reporting, and marketing functions

Manage SharePoint and process document control

Experience with Active Campaign, Email Hunter tool, and CSR7

Knowledge of conference planning and execution

5-8 years of selling experience with a major storage company (Dell/EMC, Pure, NetApp)

Deep competitive knowledge of at least 1 major storage vendor

Develops pursuit plans and builds and manages the storage sales pipeline.

You will work closely with and support Account Managers.

Proven customer relationships with 5 major customers in the assigned territory

Expert in working with indirect channel model

Experience with vendor selection processes including RFI and RFP issuance and response management.

Achieve lead generation, prospecting and other sales management goals designed to build an optimal sales pipeline.

Personally develop strong, long-term relationships and referrals with senior management at targeted firms

Ability to maintain strong sales management focus during sales cycles that are typically six months to one year in duration.

Demonstrate strong personal communication and presentation skills to establish interest, credibility and trust.

Demonstrated ability to manage often complex negotiations with senior-level business and technology executives at leading Insurance Companies

Primary accountability for creating and executing strategy to penetrate the local market

Meet or exceed minimum sales goals as established by WTW

Serve as a door-opener, bringing in H&B Teams to support the sale and act as a strategist to the delivery team

Lead contributions to the local sales pipeline and ensure timely entry into WTW sales tracking systems

Ongoing support and collaboration with Canadian Sales Leader and Toronto Market Leader

Leverage WTW intellectual capital to penetrate sales channels

Manage POS assets and deployment in the field

Educate customers on specific product features and benefits

Organize and host Product Knowledge sessions with customers and consumers

Preferred 1+ year experience in the cannabis retail industry

Field Sales and CRM experience an asset
