Responsibilities

• Promote and sell Employer's products to prospective customers through outbound and inbound calls.
• Perform a broad range of sales and service-related duties and administrative tasks.
• Provide feedback for continuous process improvement.
• Answer customer inquiries about the Omnipod product and provide competitive comparisons.
• Collaborate with internal teams to convert leads to shipped customers.

Requirements

• Computer proficiency with MS Office applications and CRM systems.
• Knowledge of the managed care industry and experience supporting patients with diabetes preferred.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and self-management skills.
• Bachelor's degree and 1-3 years of sales experience.
• Ability to effectively manage a sales pipeline and handle objections.
