Producer / Project Manager (Remote, Canada)

What You'll Do

• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, leading project updates, timelines, and deliverables
• Collaborate with sales, production, and product teams to ensure successful implementation and integration of our platform
• Recommend features and functionalities to enhance the event experience for attendees
• Manage multiple concurrent projects, ensuring milestones and objectives are met on time
• Inspire and guide internal production team members to deliver successful projects

What You Bring

• 5+ years of project management experience in the digital space, preferably with mobile applications
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments and handle difficult situations
• Willingness to be hands-on when needed
• Proficiency in Agile project management
• Prior experience working with premier clients as a project or account manager
• Ability to lead and motivate internal teams
• Tech-savvy with a passion for mobile apps
• Experience leading web and mobile development projects with six-figure budgets
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
• Strong communication skills for managing client expectations

Nice To Have

• Scrum Master Certification and/or PMP designation
• Experience using Jira
• Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science

Additional Information

• Travel to client events may be required from time to time.
• This is a full-time remote position available to candidates residing in Canada with valid working status.
