Senior Training Lead Remote Jobs

Nice to Have Skills/Experience (Not Mandatory, but a Bonus):

10+ years of experience managing training logistic and operations.

5+ years of experience in training coordination and metrics monitoring.

Preferable experience in Google Cloud platform technologies.

Proficiency with Microsoft Teams, Excel, PowerPoint, Words, SharePoint, Jira and Confluence

Previous exposure to the banking industry/financial services is preferred.

Data-Driven Lead Generation: Utilise strategic marketing channels and tools to create data-driven lead generation programs that foster sustainable ARR growth.

Sales Enablement: Equip the Sales Team with the necessary resources to effectively execute the GTM strategy and attain exceptional ARR results.

8+ years of relevant practical experience

Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills

Advanced: 3 to 5+ years of trial management experience.

The efficient management of local vendors

Proactive risk management and budget forecasting

Timely review of trip reports submitted by Site Managers

A minimum of a 4-year Bachelor’s degree or relevant clinical experience is required

At least 2 years of Oncology experience required

· Developing the Training Strategy and Plan (training approach, schedule, resources, etc.)?

· Defining and developing the training program and curriculum ?(courses, learning objectives, etc.)?

· Determining/confirming training delivery methods and supports (systems, materials, resources)?

· Supporting training logistics (a training coordinator, if required)?

· Overseeing and participating in training course development activities?

Developing the Training Strategy and Plan (training approach, schedule, resources, etc.)

Defining and developing the training program and curriculum ?(courses, learning objectives, etc.)

Determining/confirming training delivery methods and supports (systems, materials, resources)

Supporting training logistics (a training coordinator, if required)

Overseeing and participating in training course development activities

Supporting trainer preparation, including for train-the-trainer
