Our client is dedicated to

advancing nonprofit organizations, using our Microsoft Dynamics 365-based solution. As a Project Manager, your role is to oversee professional service implementation. You'll collaborate with our skilled delivery team, along with engineering and client services, to ensure successful project launches, manage expectations, and maintain project progress within budget.

Responsibilities:

• Engage directly with clients to maintain seamless communication and deliver exceptional service.

• Develop and oversee project plans, closely monitor project progress and timelines, make necessary adjustments to schedules and plans, and promptly address any issues to ensure project success.

• Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget while upholding project milestones and governance standards throughout the project's execution.

• Keep a watchful eye on the utilization of project resources and align it with resource allocation and budget constraints, including managing project timesheets.

• Oversee the day-to-day execution of project implementations, aiding in planning, tracking, documentation, and status updates for each project.

• Be capable of managing one or two significant projects spanning 9-12 months or multiple small to medium-sized interconnected projects that demand intricate cross-functional coordination and program-level management.

• Serve as the primary interface between the customer and your team throughout a project's lifecycle, performing project management tasks that ensure adherence to our methodology.

• Facilitate review sessions with clients and your project team.

• Contribute to end-to-end implementation planning, encompassing project management, issue resolution, communication, and change management.

• Leverage your expertise to drive improvements in business processes.

• Cultivate and uphold trusted advisor relationships with client project stakeholders by transparently and accurately setting and managing expectations.

• Handle challenging conversations regarding budget, resources, and timelines, and document and communicate the outcomes of these discussions formally.

Preferred Qualifications & Skills:

• At least 4 years of experience in a project management role, leading complex technical projects involving multiple resources and dependencies; experience in CRM solution implementation is desirable.

• Proficiency in cloud-based tools, techniques, systems, and solutions.

• Prior experience managing implementations of Microsoft Dynamics 365 or Salesforce.

• Essential experience as a Project Manager in professional or consulting services, where clients pay for services, and you are responsible for service delivery.

• Demonstrated leadership skills in managing projects, working within project teams, overseeing task plans, budgets, and milestones in alignment with client or vendor contracts.

• Exceptional interpersonal skills, effective communication (both verbal and written), and the ability to manage and communicate with remote teams during non-traditional business hours.

• Proactive identification and management of project risks.
