The Opportunity

The Sales Coordinator will join a growing Marketing & Sales team and report directly to the Chief Marketing Officer. As the Sales Coordinator, you will play an active role in growing our customer base, qualifying potential customers at the top of the sales funnel to converting them to qualified sales leads. In addition, you will also help to contribute to content creation and other marketing-related activities.


This position will evolve as the company continues to scale, offering room for growth. It's a rare opportunity to be part of our foundational team, as you grow your career and gain exposure to all aspects of sales and marketing and we continue to expand in Canada and launch in the US market.


Responsibilities

  • Analyze and report on sales activity
  • Support other functional areas in their utility of HubSpot
  • With an extensive knowledge of HubSpot, maximize the number of quality contacts being handed off to sales
  • Participate in content calendar planning and content creation
  • Design the workflows to scale as we increase inventory and geographies
  • Assist in the implementation of sales strategy
  • Support Sales & Marketing on new market launches
  • Own the welcome email journey for newly signed-up contacts
  • Support the sales team in attaining sales targets
  • Iterate on and improve the workflows based on business needs
  • Support supply team in setting up and scaling HubSpot use
  • Use workflows to operate and maintain demand-side funnel
  • Oversee all HubSpot data and support sales reporting on outreach effectiveness, and determine proposals for improvement based on the data

Education and Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of other CRM systems is a plus
  • Proficient in Google Suite and Hubspot or similar
  • 1 - 3 years of experience
  • Background in systems design or analytics is preferred
