D356 Crm Project Manager

We are currently looking for a Dynamics CRM Project Manager. This will be a delivery-focused role.

The company is a Microsoft partner that specializes in customizing Dynamics, software integrations, system design architecture, and workflow improvement. The company works with such companies as Ironman, Breitling, ArrMaz, and ShuffleMaster.

Main details:

• Duration: from 12 months.
• Travel Required: Approx 25% of travel required within the US;
• Location: US, Canada;

Qualifications:

• Experience with governance compliance;
• Strong data analysis and presentation skills;
• Experience in managing program budgets and yearly operating budgets/plans;
• Solid understanding of risk management and continuous improvement principles;
• Solid technical appreciation and understanding of technical design or technical information;
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, SharePoint, and MS Projects;
• Minimum of 6 years of professional experience in software development project delivery in IT Consulting;
• Experience in dealing with stakeholders at all levels of the organization;
• Deep understanding of Dynamics CRM;

Additional or Preferred Knowledge and Skills:

• Experience managing cloud solution projects, specifically in Microsoft Azure and Microsoft Dynamics;
• Agile management and Leading Edge Delivery.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification;
• Experience with Azure DevOps;
• Power BI reports and dashboards for project tracking, analytics, monitoring, and executive reporting;

Responsibilities:

• Manage communication with business leaders at a detailed functional level and discusses/resolves issues;
• Coordinate activities and monitor plans through best practice project controls to ensure delivery of projects on time, within budget, and per customer specifications;
• Contribute to the analysis of capacity and resource staffing levels;
• Manage and oversee complex delivery through end-to-end project management activities such as project planning, reporting, issue/risk identification and tracking, scope management, internal client management, relationship management, deliverable quality, and project documentation;
• Monitor project cost throughout the project lifecycle, including, but not limited to, headcount tracking, SOW/Licensing, invoicing, and payments;
• Develop detailed project plans and schedules, including goals, risks, and resource allocation;
• Actively participate in identifying solutions or initiating appropriate escalations where required.
• Provide relevant and high-quality project governance and communication to customers, executives, and project team members;
