Position overview:

Playing both an analytical and strategic role, the CRM strategist is responsible for the analysis and strategy for corporate CRM projects, and has a pivotal role in influencing the development of acquisition, retention and customer lifecycle opportunities in the three RCL Divisions. He plays a key role in supporting the divisions’ CRM business needs and ensures they share best practices, key customer insights and tactics to aid in increasing their customers loyalty.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with RCL divisions to develop, define and optimize e-mail/SMS segmentation and A/B testing best practices;
• Aide in managing corporate CRM and Loyalty projects.
• Provides CRM solutions, and works closely with relevant teams to translate these solutions into functional specifications and oversees their execution and maintains documentation related to SMFC projects fulfilled;
• Constructs and maintains reports on testing performance using various tools including SFMC Report Builder, Google Analytics, MicroStrategy BI and SFSC. Provide insights and recommendations for optimization;

Qualifications

Qualifications & Competencies:

• Must have excellent communication and presentations skills specifically as it relates to explaining data to key stakeholders;
• Must have strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment;
• Minimum 3-4 years of experience in Digital Marketing;
• Hands-on experience analyzing data and developing strategies from the results of those analysis;
• Experience with Google Analytics, Microstrategy BI, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Salesforce Service Cloud and Office suite (Word, PPT, Excel);
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, E-Commerce, Business Intelligence or any related field;
• French (written & spoken) is required.
