Vp- Client Implementation Solutions

This role ensures the design and delivery of effective client implementation and solutions engagements. This role is a key senior technical resource, guiding the implementations and solution strategies for clients and will work closely with all areas of the business, including project management, operations, development, architecture, product, sales and clients. You will have 4-5 direct reports.

Requirements:

• 3. Demonstrated ability to work effectively with clients and teams.
• 6. Excellent communication skills, both written and oral - you’re comfortable leading meetings, documenting your ideas and able to persuade others.
• 8. Experience with Agile, Scrum, waterfall and iterative methodologies is an asset.
• 5. Excellent interpersonal, prioritization, and organization skills - it is rare for the role to be provided with a concrete list of tasks to complete for the day. Instead, there will be a broader list of issues to analyze and address, and high-level problems to solve. The successful candidate will be comfortable working in this flexible environment.
• 7. Experience in the healthcare or health insurance industry is an asset; experience with HL7 FHIR or HL7 v2 in those industries would be highly beneficial.
• Experience in two or more of the following: HL7 FHIR, HL7 v2.x, identity federation (particularly OAuth2/OpenID Connect and SAML), database design and administration, encryption and security, cloud PaaS and IaaS deployments, Java programming for enterprise applications.
• 9. Successful completion of an undergraduate degree in Health Informatics, Computer Science, Engineering or a related field is an asset.
• 2. Minimum 10 years experience managing, designing, developing and delivering software solutions.
• 4. Excellent analytical, problem-recognition and problem-solving abilities.
