Implementation Support Coordinator Jobs

The Center for Implementation (TCI) is excited to share that we are hiring a full-time Implementation Support Coordinator (40 hours per week).

We are looking for a highly independent and team-oriented professional who is eager to be thoughtful, innovative, and creative when operationalizing implementation work.

Please note this is a remote position that is open to Canadians (citizens and permanent residents) with at least 3 years of implementation project coordination experience.

As an Implementation Support Coordinator you will:

• Work alongside TCI staff to serve client and internal needs by providing project coordination. This person will coordinate the development of new online implementation courses (e.g., developing and managing timelines, working with multiple team members to plan for the development of all course components, communicating with team members and proactively solving problems).
• Support the coordination of work with clients (e.g., scheduling meetings, managing and organizing tasks, drafting content, such as slide decks, reports).
• Work with organizational partners on large-scale implementation projects; gain practical experience applying the many theories, models, and frameworks that are foundational to implementation science; gain diverse experience supporting implementation projects in multiple contexts (e.g., healthcare, education, public health); be directly involved in synthesizing complex concepts and information to support the development of our courses and workshops; and have the opportunity to attend implementation training events.

The Implementation Support Coordinator is expected to have some implementation training and experience to bring to the coordination work. They will support the development of implementation related content and associated tasks (e.g., document reviews, interviews, mapping barriers/facilitators).
