Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented sales support coordinator to assist our sales, underwriting and integration teams through below responsibilities, while maintaining positive client relationships in this client facing role.


Your responsibilities would include:


· Managing of Sales Support cycle

· Collaborating closely with sales to capture all information necessary to complete and send out contracts to clients;

· Creating/reviewing contracts to ensure they are filled in accurately while collecting documentation and ensuring the contract package is provided in full;

· Reviewing contract and send to Customer, Partner, or Partner’s Customer as required;

· Uploading contract and all support documentation in Underwriting and move

Customer, Partner, or Partner’s Customer to the Underwriting queue;

· Managing all actions needed based on Underwriting decisions;

· Ensuring all relevant details are captured in CRM/Ticketing system and update status of

contract throughout the process;

· Creating sandbox and production account access and send request to capture funding source;

· Managing multiple ques, documentation and filling in the CRM;

· Assisting in production of KPI’s, SLA and reporting through organizing of data that is available in CRM;

· Supporting various teams as required by pre-live sales support process;

· Updating various documentation as required and proactively suggest documentation or process improvements that can aid Partners or Customers.

· Communicating consistently with clients and internal colleagues;

·Other duties as required.


What you bring to the role:


· Two+ years of experience is preferred within a similar role; transferable experience will be considered;

· A team player, with strong customer-service focus and the proven ability to network with other colleagues

· Strong computer skills/ knowledge on Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook), and DocuSign, Adobe Pro, and ZenDesk

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

· Strong problem solving and organizational skills

· Ability to work independently and under pressure

· Excellent analytical skills and highly detail oriented

· Experience within payments such as payment gateways and online payment software is considered an asset.

· Bilingual in English and French is considered an asset.


Position Details:


· Fully remote position

· Mon-Fri; 9am-5pm EST

The salary for this role is ranging from $50,000-65,000 CAD per year and is commensurate with experience.
