Job Description
Position: Sales Coordinator
Location : Brossard
Field: Manufacturing
Telecommuting : Hybrid, 3 days at the office and 2 days at home
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week, flexible
Salary: $58,000 to $63,000 depending on your experience

We are currently working with a manufacturing company in Brossard to find their next sales coordinator!

Responsibilities
As part of the Sales Coordinator position in Brossard, you will perform the following tasks
  • Prepares quotes for parts and service contracts for customers in assigned territories;
  • Manages spare parts orders, returns and maintenance contracts for assigned territories;
  • Provide support to assigned representatives by preparing and following up on sales quotes;
  • Works in the CRM to maintain the customer database, create, close, adjust or add products to project bids;
  • Ensures that the customer obtains all necessary information: manuals, diagrams, etc. and manages the customer's expectations regarding installation.
  • Manages all operational aspects of projects with the customer;
  • Coordinate all activities required to complete projects by interacting with engineering, production, technical support, shipping, etc. to ensure customer satisfaction, including accurate and timely delivery;
Qualifications
To apply for this position, you must have the following qualifications:
  • Bilingualism required, both written and spoken
  • Ability to make decisions to ensure the smooth running of the project and have an eye for detail;
  • Experience in the manufacturing field, a minimum of 2 years is an asset.
  • Good computer skills (Office suite)
