Works with local independent manufacturer’s representative agencies as directed by Regional Sales Director in support of the Residential Sales Management Team.

Provide weekly reporting and updates to management, both ongoing and as requested.

Prepare reports daily/weekly/monthly for management regarding field activity, sales, competitors, and forecasts.

Equivalent combinations of education and experience may be considered.

Strong relationship building and strategic selling skills

Use personal transportation to meet operational requirements.

Recognize and deal with emergent situations.

Plan, organize, prioritize, delegate, coordinate and evaluate service and employees.

Recommend and implement procedures and policies relating to pharmacy services.

Establish and maintain effective working relationships with patients, staff, other health care providers, community agencies, and the public.

Work as a member of the multidisciplinary health care team.

Ensures that corporate goals for sales and profit levels are achieved by directing and consulting in the management of assigned stores.

Post secondary education is preferred; however, these are flexibility dependent on the background and experience.

Minimum 5 years in high volume, discount, centralized, hard goods business management.

Initiates frequent meetings with General Managers to review profit and loss statements.

Provides leadership, challenges, supervises, motivates, develops, and coaches General Managers, ensuring, at a minimum, semi-annual performance reviews are conducted.

Identifies and evaluates potential General Store Managers both within and outside the organization.

Several years of experience in food services sales and management would be a definite asset.

Represent GFS products and services for assigned territory and manage customer business relationship.

Post-secondary education in Business or Marketing is preferred.

Experienced with Sales and Negotiation principles and procedures.

Salary position with an additional Sales Commission Incentive – criteria set forth by the District Manager (DSM).

Degree/Diploma: Business Degree or equivalent work experience

Type of Experience: Motorsports & Outboard expertise at dealer’s level or better

Excellent communicator, organized, and effective time manager
