Position Overview:
Are you a highly organized and detail-oriented professional with a passion for administrative tasks and marketing support? We are currently seeking a skilled Administrative Sales Coordinator to join our dynamic team and take charge of various administrative and marketing responsibilities.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
As an Administrative Sales Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our sales and marketing initiatives. Your primary responsibilities will include:
Project Management: Oversee and coordinate various projects, including market research, analysis, report writing, marketing communications, and promotional material preparation. You will also assist in identifying and supporting trade shows and customer seminars, ensuring their success.
Contract and Tender Support: Review contracts and tenders, proactively identify potential issues, and offer support to both internal sales staff and external contractors as required.
Marketing and Advertising: Collaborate on planning and executing marketing and advertising campaigns, ensuring they are successfully rolled out. This includes coordinating promotional presentations and researching media coverage and industry trends to maximize our reach.
Database Management: Efficiently manage our sales database and CRM system, generating monthly reports and keeping critical data up to date.
Logistics and Shipping: Gain an understanding of the logistics process, especially regarding the impact of customs. You will be responsible for shipping and receiving courier packages and handling freight reconciliations.
Accounts Support: Assist in accounts payables and accounts receivable tasks, providing seamless support to the finance department.
Event Planning: Utilize your strong event planning experience to meticulously plan and execute meetings and trade shows from start to finish.
Required Qualifications:
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft products such as Microsoft Project, Excel, Word, and Access.
- A College or University Degree in Marketing or a related field would be advantageous.
- Strong interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with diverse teams.
- Proven event planning experience, showcasing your ability to handle every detail of successful events.
- Experience with JDE applications (J.D. Edwards) software will be considered an asset.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a marketing support position, demonstrating your administrative expertise.
Work Schedule:
This is a Monday to Friday office role, but as an Administrative Sales Coordinator, you might occasionally need to travel and accommodate work commitments outside normal working hours. The role offers an opportunity to showcase your administrative prowess and contribute to our company's growth.
