Project Coordinator - Sales

Aluma Systems is an innovative supplier of safe, reliable engineered forming and shoring solutions, servicing the residential, commercial, civil and infrastructure markets. Aluma Systems is seeking a Inside Sales / Project Coordinator for its Edmonton Branch. Aluma Systemsis part of BrandSafway’s family who provides the broadest range of solutions with the greatest depth of expertise to the industrial, commercial and infrastructure markets. Through a network of 340 strategic locations across 30 countries and more than 40,000 employees, BrandSafway delivers a full range of forming, shoring, scaffolding, work access and industrial service solutions.

Responsibilities

• Determine preliminary equipment availability
• Attend internal and customer meetings as required and record and prepare written minutes and action item logs
• Attend project kick off meetings and record minutes
• Consults with engineering and operations departments as required
• Maintain a professional appearance, demeanor, and attitude at all times
• Maintains records of projects to properly manage job sites; generates other reports as required
• Perform other duties as required.
• Assist with creating and tracking quotations
• Assists with material take offs

• Must possess valid driver's license
• College diploma in Engineering/Project Management/Business Administration is an asset
• Knowledge of Salesforce is an asset • Knowledge of ERP systems is an asset
• Strong ability to read blueprints; ability to visualize forming and shoring schemes
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience (construction industry preferred)
• Excellent interpersonal and team building skills
• Computer proficient: Microsoft Office (MS Word, Intermediate Excel, Outlook)
• Knowledge of forming and shoring equipment preferred
