Position Overview:

The Stewart Group is seeking an energetic and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Analyst/Project Coordinator. This role plays a vital support function in executing consulting projects within the transit infrastructure sector, shaping the future of cities and their communities. The successful candidate will collaborate with project managers, clients, and stakeholders to ensure projects progress smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Coordination: Collaborate with project managers to facilitate planning, execution, and monitoring, ensuring alignment with timelines, budgets, and quality standards.

Data Analysis: Collect, analyze, and interpret data to support project objectives, creating informative reports and presentations.

Documentation: Maintain project records, including meeting minutes and status reports, while efficiently organizing project files.

Stakeholder Engagement: Foster effective communication to facilitate project advancement and address concerns promptly.

Market Analysis: Conduct thorough research on industry trends, best practices, and competitor assessments. Provide strategic insights and recommendations to inform project strategies.

Quality Assurance: Participate in quality control processes to deliver high-quality project outcomes.

Administrative Support: Assist with scheduling, materials preparation, and project-related events.

Qualifications:

·Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Business, Engineering, Public Policy).

·Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.

·Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

·Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint).

·Strong organizational skills, including the adept management of multiple tasks concurrently.

·Previous experience in project coordination or a related role is advantageous.

·Familiarity with transit infrastructure or related industries is a plus.
