Position Overview: We are looking for a Project Manager to join our team and play a pivotal role in managing various projects within our Gummy Nutrition Lab. As a Project Manager, you will oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. This role requires a strategic thinker, an effective communicator, and a collaborative leader who can drive projects to success in a fast-paced and innovative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the end-to-end project management process, from project initiation to closure, ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including research, development, manufacturing, quality assurance, and marketing to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.

Develop detailed project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation to guide project execution.

Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and develop mitigation strategies to ensure projects stay on track.

Foster effective communication among team members and stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status, milestones, and key decisions.

Manage project budgets and resources, tracking expenditures and optimizing resource utilization.

Conduct post-project evaluations to gather insights, identify areas for improvement, and implement lessons learned in future projects.

Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project management processes and methodologies within the organization.

Uphold a strong commitment to quality, safety, and regulatory compliance throughout project lifecycles.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Business, Food Science, Engineering, etc.).

Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Proficiency in project management tools and software.

Problem-solving mindset with a track record of finding innovative solutions to challenges.

A collaborative and adaptable approach to working in a dynamic and evolving environment.

Familiarity with regulatory standards related to the food industry is a plus.
