Site Supervisor - Warehouse Installs

Requirements

• Able to provide excellent customer service delivering jobs on budget, on time, and with high quality
• Working knowledge of project management tools and techniques would be a definite asset
• 3-5 years of experience in the construction industry or related areas
• Demonstrated experience leading and mentoring a small team at the site level
• Analytical skills and ability
• Ability to work well under pressure and within deadlines
• Excellent leadership and time management skills

Responsibilities

• Write up reports, budgets, and project plans, and present them to relevant stakeholders
• Plan and execute projects from start to finish, on time and on budget
• Assist with the recruitment and training of new staff
• Perform repairs on-site as they arise, both pre & post-possession
• Perform equipment, material, and routine site inspections
• Review and understand construction plans and associated drawings
• Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations at all times
• Take action to ensure that construction processes and systems are optimized in delivering a product that meets or exceeds the customer’s expectations and business results
• Stay up to date with safety codes and advancements in construction
