About The Position
Reporting to the General Sales Manager, the Account Coordinator is responsible for supporting the sales and technical service team in their day-to-day tasks.

What You’ll Do

• Actively manage and maintain customer information in Tableau database and SFDC.
• Process sample requests, tracking and follow-up.
• Supports sales in SFDC entry and maintenance.
• Secondary point of contact for the customers to ensure requests are reviewed efficiently and advise on sample reports or troubleshooting,
• Support the sales and technical team in creating customer scorecards, maintenance and glycol/amine sample reports.
• Actively work with account managers and technical specialists to develop new business and create growth within the energy sector.
• Update quotes to deliver pricing information to customers
• Prepare reports for sales and technical service.
• Additional tasks as required
• Assist the sales and technical team with the customers’ business reviews.
• Provide in depth analysis of glycol sample results, troubleshooting and sample compliancy to both customers and account managers.
• Actively track and facilitate technical product campaigns and projects.

What We Would Like From You

• SAP, Salesforce, and Tableau experience an asset.
• Post-Secondary training in chemistry, chemical or petroleum engineering.
