Job Description

Market Insights: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor analysis, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.


Relationship Building: Cultivate strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders, advocating for our mission and value proposition.


Data-Driven Decision-Making: Utilize data and analytics to assess sales performance, identify areas for improvement, and make informed business decisions.


Inclusive Leadership: Embrace and promote diversity and inclusivity within the sales team and the broader organization, fostering an environment where everyone feels valued and respected.


Requirements


Proven track record in direct sales management, preferably within the Sales sector.


Exceptional leadership and coaching abilities, with a passion for developing the potential of team members.


Strong Analytical Skills And Data-driven Decision-making Capabilities.


Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with diverse audiences.


Demonstrated commitment to inclusivity and empowerment in the workplace.


Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
