Channel Impact seeks an experienced Senior Account Based Marketing Manager to join our winning team. In this role, you will be responsible for the strategy and implementation of Account Based Marketing (ABM) plans, campaigns, and tactics to drive pipeline and revenue growth from our top accounts list.


The ABM Manager will collaborate closely across marketing, sales, and SDR teams for a fully integrated approach.

This is a full-time, salaried position with benefits for a remote worker within the US or Canada.

What you will be doing:

  • Strategize, execute and optimize a data-driven and imperative-driven ABM strategy to achieve business goals.
  • Drive cross-team collaboration among all sales and marketing stakeholders (Field Marketing, AE’s, Digital, CNA’s & SDRs)
  • Connect campaign data, marketing metrics, and insights to demonstrate business impact, providing ongoing reporting and updates to senior stakeholders
  • Get involved in ABM plans in strong alignment and collaboration with sales and key solution and vertical stakeholders.
  • Coordinate with sales teams to develop a deep understanding of the key accounts, their influencers, and decision-makers to target them efficiently and effectively with optimum value propositions and messaging to generate interest and engagement.
  • Support deployment of multi-channel ABM campaigns, including crafting strategy, aligning internal teams, and project managing execution.
  • Manage the total ABM budget efficiently to get the maximum results. Test and evaluate the success of campaigns by measuring growth through reputation, relationships, and revenue.

What you bring:

  • The ideal candidate has 2+ years of experience working with sales teams on marketing programs for each territory.
  • Strong sense of teamwork, collaboration, and relationship management
  • Excellent attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills, and a hunger to learn and grow.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to communicate strategy..
  • Bachelor’s degree required. A Master’s is preferred.
  • Experience thriving in a fast-paced, high-growth, global environment.
  • Knowledge of reporting techniques with the ability to provide relevant, accurate data and analyses to influence business planning and strategy
  • Experience with ABM & and; CRM tools such as 6Sense, Zoom Info, LinkedIn, Outreach &; and Salesforce is a must.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in B2B technology managing best-in-class marketing programs.
  • Team player that works well across internal departments and also external agencies (ABM, creative, media).
  • Minimum of 3+ years experience working on ABM campaigns.
  • Keen understanding of marketing platforms (webinar, digital, email, display) and how to leverage these platforms for ABM campaigns.
