Fabrication Foreperson Jobs

ISC is seeking to hire a long-term, career-oriented, Fabrication Foreman. The successful applicant will be able to independently lead the production of all types of signage, including large freestanding and tower signs, as well as fascia displays, supervising a team of more than a dozen fabrication specialists. As a senior fabrication professional with a keen eye for detail, the successful candidate will also possess an unwavering commitment to exceptional craftsmanship on each and every project. Management experience is an important requirement for this role.

·An excellent understanding of sign manufacturing, from initial design through to final installation

·CWB or Red Seal Certification

·Metal Fabrication Certification

·OFA Level 1

·Fall Arrest Certification

·Suspended Powered Platform Certification

·Aerial Lift Certification

·Interest in professional design and/or architecture

·Proven ability to work successfully as part of a diverse team

·Management experience, especially in a comparable role

·A commitment to continuous learning, especially related to technology
