Valeo Pharma, a Canadian pharmaceutical company that prioritizes innovation and growth, is currently recruiting for an Internal Specialist Sales Representative, Anaphylaxis to join our respiratory & allergy products commercial business unit. Please see below for further details.
Assigned Territory: National -Internal Head office based
This novel position is a head office-based position, designed to capitalize and engage customers in the therapeutic area of epinephrine auto injectors, based on lead generation (incoming leads) from multiple sources.
It is an internal sales representative whose objective is to meet and exceed sales objectives.
Scope: You will be challenged to participate in developing the position from the ground up. So creative planning and implementation are needed.
While most of the activities will be from our Head Office, you will also be responsible for implementing some key activities with top customers in the field.
Your Responsibilities:
· Develop and implement a national “internal sales rep” plan based on the marketing strategy designed to meet / exceed sales objectives.
· Capitalize on lead generation (incoming leads), predominantly with Allergists, Pediatricians and General Practitioners in both virtual and over the phone settings to drive behaviour change to align Valeo’s product for appropriate patients
· Provide prompt, courteous, and knowledgeable service to clients and customers
· Develop a network of contacts through current and prospective customers
· To develop speakers that can present to their practice communities through OLAs/CHE.
· Contribute to the development of virtual OLA programs designed to connect scientific leaders with other health practitioners and challenge current behaviours.
· Provide the marketing team with key insights from your interactions.
· Measure your results and communicate areas of success and areas of failure and adapt to improve.
· Effectively help shape and adhere to Valeo’s culture, mission, values, and customer-centric approach.
· To participate in a positive team environment and desire to see the entire team achieve success and help one another.
· To work within the IMC guidelines.
Required skills and experience:
- A minimum of a bachelor’s degree in Science, Business or equivalent.
- Expert in virtual platforms such as ZOOM and TEAMS
- Fully bilingual in English and French, both written and spoken
- Previous pharmaceutical sales experience is required, internal sales experience is an asset

Travel: up to 10%.

Office/ Work from home: Once the position is fully functional, work from home max 2 days/week. Estimated 4 months from hire.
