Job Description
Représentant en développement des affaires
Groupe MMI -l'entretien sanitaire repensé. Si vous êtes motivé(e) par l'envie de faire une différence, d'atteindre des objectifs SMART et que vous souhaitez participer à la croissance d'une entreprise d’entretien commercial qui remet en question le status quo, nous recherchons une personne comme vous.
Responsabilités :
* Prospecter de nouveaux clients et conclure des ventes ;
* Négocier et rédiger des accords ;
* Gérer la relation client tout au long du cycle de vente ;
* Participer aux présentations de vente devant les clients (démos, salons et/ou expositions, etc.) ;
* Diriger et participer au processus de préparation des offres de services (en réponse aux appels d'offres) et des soumissions ;
* Participer aux activités de développement des affaires ;
* Travailler en collaboration avec l'équipe tout au long du processus d'un projet ;
* Participer au développement et à la mise en œuvre du plan de vente et de marketing ;
* Toute autre tâche connexe et/ou demandée par son supérieur immédiat.
Aptitudes :
* Un minimum de 3 ans d'expérience en vente dans le domaine de l'entretien commercial (immeubles, bureaux, commercial ou industriel) ;
* Excellentes aptitudes en communication ;
* Faire preuve d'autonomie et de débrouillardise ;
* Êtrepersévérant, motivé(e) et adaptable pour atteindre des objectifs ;
* Aisance pour travailler avec la suite Microsoft ;
* Être à l'aise avec l'utilisation d'un CRM ;
* Doit être bilingue, parler et écrire en français et en anglais.

Responsibilities:
* Prospecting for new clients and closing sales;
* Negotiating and drafting agreements;
* Managing customer relationships throughout the sales cycle;
* Participating in sales presentations to clients (demos, trade shows, exhibitions, etc.);
* Leading and participating in the process of preparing service offers (in response to calls for tenders) and submissions;
* Participating in business development activities;
* Working collaboratively with the team throughout the project process;
* Participating in the development and implementation of the sales and marketing plan;
* Any other related task and/or as requested by the immediate supervisor.
Skills:
* A minimum of 3 years of sales experience in the commercial maintenance field (buildings, offices, commercial or industrial);
* Excellent communication skills;
* Demonstrating autonomy and resourcefulness;
* Persistent, motivated, and adaptable in achieving goals;
* Comfortable working with the Microsoft suite;
* Comfortable with the use of a CRM;
* Must be bilingual, both written and spoken French and English.
