Job Description
We are seeking a talented and motivated Facebook and Google Ads Specialist to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about creating and optimizing effective ad campaigns that drive engagement, conversions, and business growth. As an Ads Specialist, you will play a crucial role in crafting targeted ad strategies, analyzing campaign performance, and implementing data-driven improvements.
**Responsibilities:**
- Develop and execute innovative ad campaigns to achieve specific marketing goals, such as brand awareness, lead generation, and sales.
- Conduct thorough research to identify target audiences, competitors, and industry trends to inform ad strategy.
- Create compelling ad creatives, ad copies, and landing pages that resonate with the target audience.
- Set up, monitor, and optimize ad campaigns using best practices for bidding, targeting, and ad placements.
- Perform A/B testing on ad elements (images, headlines, call-to-actions) to optimize campaign performance.
- Regularly analyze campaign metrics and performance data to provide actionable insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Collaborate with the design and content teams to ensure consistent brand messaging across ads.
- Stay updated with Facebook and Google ad platform changes, algorithms, and industry trends to adapt strategies accordingly.
- Prepare and present reports on campaign performance and insights to internal stakeholders.
**Qualifications:**
- Proven experience as an Ads Specialist or in a similar digital marketing role.
- In-depth knowledge of Facebook and Google Ads Manager, including ad setup, audience targeting, and campaign optimization.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing principles, SEO, and SEM.
- Proficiency in data analysis and ability to interpret campaign metrics to drive performance improvements.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams.
- Creative mindset with the ability to generate engaging ad content.
- Familiarity with marketing analytics tools and platforms.
- Problem-solving skills and ability to adapt strategies in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong understanding of Google Ads platforms, including Search, Display, and YouTube.
- Familiarity with keyword research and SEO principles.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Knowledge of Google Analytics and other marketing analytics tools.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively.
