Facebook Ads Specialist (Lead Generation)

As a Facebook Ads Specialist, you will be responsible for developing, managing and optimizing Facebook Lead Generation Campaigns for our clients. You will work closely with our clients to understand their business objectives and develop effective advertising strategies to achieve them. You will also collaborate with our creative team to produce engaging ad content that resonates with our target audience. This role requires a strong understanding of Facebook advertising best practices, analytical skills, and the ability to adapt to changing trends and technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Stay up-to-date with Facebook advertising best practices and changes in the platform's algorithms
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance data to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven decisions
• Communicate regularly with clients to provide campaign updates and performance reports
• Collaborate with creative team to produce engaging ad content
• Conduct audience research and create targeted ad campaigns
• Manage and optimize Facebook Lead Generation Ad Campaigns to ensure maximum ROI
• Develop and implement Facebook advertising strategies that align with client business objectives

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in Facebook advertising
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong understanding of Facebook advertising best practices and algorithms
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience managing Lead Generation Ad Campaigns on Meta
• Proficiency in Facebook Ads Manager and other relevant advertising tools
• Ability to work independently AND as part of a team

Preferred Qualifications:

• Knowledge of other digital advertising platforms, such as Google Ads or LinkedIn Ads
• Experience working with home-service based businesses (i.e. Painters).
• Experience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization
• Facebook Blueprint certification
