We are seeking an enthusiastic and results-driven IT Lead Generation Specialist with a strong understanding of the Canadian market to join our dynamic team. As an IT Lead Generation Specialist, your primary responsibility will be to identify and qualify potential leads within the Canadian market for our IT products and services. You will be responsible for conducting market research, prospecting potential clients, and initiating outbound calls and emails to generate interest and schedule meetings for our sales team. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be adept at building relationships with potential clients, and have a deep knowledge of the Canadian IT industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough research to identify potential clients in the Canadian IT market.
- Utilize various lead generation techniques, including outbound calls, emails, and social media, to establish contact with potential prospects.
- Qualify leads and assess their needs to determine their suitability for our IT products and services.
- Collaborate with the sales team to strategize and develop effective lead generation campaigns.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all lead generation activities in the CRM system.
- Provide regular reports on lead generation performance and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
- Stay updated with industry trends, competitors, and market developments in the Canadian IT sector.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients to nurture long-term partnerships.
- Meet and exceed lead generation targets and performance metrics.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Proven experience as an IT Lead Generation Specialist or similar role, with a focus on the Canadian market.
- In-depth knowledge of the Canadian IT industry and market dynamics.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and persuade potential clients effectively.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills to handle multiple leads and tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and lead generation tools.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
Salary:
The salary for the IT Lead Generation Specialist role ranges from CAD $45,000 to $50,000 per year, depending on the candidate's experience and qualifications. In addition to the base salary, the position offers attractive incentives based on the achievement of lead generation targets.
